Through efficient and effective management, training, and motivation of our security officers in our retail division ensure service excellence. Our staff regularly receive reinforcement training and onsite training is provided on a continuous basis in accordance with current retail security trends and tendencies.
Our value-add includes a detailed analysis of all incidents (per retail outlet) through our MEMEX Patriarch system and providing our clients with monthly statistics regarding arrests, modus operandi, of high-risk peak hours on shoplifting, targeted assets and the identification of offenders and crime syndicates. All our retail security officers are trained in floorwalker methods. We analyse shrinkage variance reports and recommend remedial procedures to reduce the risk of high shrinkage.
